We are Telecom y Novatecno, a company established in 1989. We have a modern and dynamic organization that takes care of our products’ quality and the services we offer to our customers. We use the most advanced technologies in the world to achieve this goal.

Our business areas are divided into consumer electronics and professional communication solutions.

We manufacture telephones, both corded and cordless, and other communication devices like faxes, walkie talkies. In addition, we also manufacture devices to give life to your downloads such as MP3, MP4 and MP5 players, multimedia hard drives, eBook Readers, Digital photo frames, and Internet Radios. All these products are manufactured in collaboration with our partners in Asia, and we sell them in the consumer market in Spain and other countries.

We also develop solutions for the professional sector, such as communications solutions for small and medium businesses, NEC PBX, IP telephony systems or management solutions for senior residences and hospitals.

Two words define our activity in all areas in which we work: quality and customer service.

We are located at Technologic Campus at Álava (Basque Country, in the North of Spain), a perfect environment to investigate, new ideas development and innovation (R&D+i), and also for logistics, because we are in a South European strategic axis of logistics (roads, train, sea and air communication).
