We are Telecom y Novatecno, an innovative and modern company that takes care about our products’ quality and the services we offer to our customers. So there are two words to define our activity: Quality and Customer Care.

We manufacture communication devices, mainly phones, corded and cordless, and a range of special phones for elderly and handicapped people. In addition, we also manufacture devices for using everything we download from Internet, like MP4 players, digital photo frames, media players and networking products. We manufacture all these product with our partners in Asia, Europe and America, and sell them to consumer market in Spain and other countries where Spanish is the main language.

Furthermore, we desing B2B solutions based in the last technologies that we develop, and also in our partners, NEC and Cisco Systems, technologies.

We are located at Technologic Campus at Álava (Basque Country, in the North of Spain), a perfect environment to investigate, new ideas development and innovation (R&D+i), and also for logistics, because we are in a South European strategic axis of logistics (roads, train, sea and air communication)
